What is the difference between "all natural", "organic" and "GMO?"All-natural is often used to describe a product or ingredient that has undergone minimal processing and contains no preservatives or artificial additives. There are, however, no regulations in place to enforce this description or guarantee. Organic, on the other hand, is heavily regulated by the FDA, and refers to a product or ingredient produced without pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified organisms (GMO’s), or antibiotics. If an ingredient or product is labeled as organic, it must also be non-GMO as the use of genetically modified organisms is strictly prohibited by organic legislation. Non-GMO refers to ingredients that have not been derived from genetically modified organisms and/or genetic engineering techniques. This does not, however, guarantee an ingredient or product to be organic. An ingredient or product can be non-GMO but not organic as the federal government does not regulate non-GMO labeling.

Are your products all natural?YES, Sweet Relief, Sweet Retreat, and Sweet Energy are all-natural!

Are your products organic?Over 93% of the formula is sourced from organic suppliers, including both carrier oils!

Are your products vegan?Yes, Sweet Relief and all Elevated Oils’ products are vegan and cruelty-free! No animals or animal by-products were used in the making of any product!

What is the average shelf-life?Each bottle, when properly stored, has an average shelf-life of one year! It is highly recommended to securely close the bottle’s top after every use to ensure it stays dry and clean, which will also prevent leaking! It is also recommended to store each bottle at room temperature and away from direct sunlight as too much exposure can cause oxidation and premature expiration of the oils. Please refer to the label of each bottle for the formula’s Best By date.

Is it really necessary to gently shake the bottle before each use (as stated on the label of every Elevated Oils bottle)?It is, yes! There are no preservatives in our products, and because each oil of the formula has naturally different weights and viscosities, it is highly recommended to gently shake the bottle, or at least turn it over a couple of times before each and every use! This ensures you are receiving the most balanced and effective ratio of ingredients in each application!

Does Sweet Relief have SPF in it?Elevated Oils’ Sweet Relief does not have SPF in it; therefore, it is recommended to apply SPF after having applied and absorbed Sweet Relief, especially if the part of the body it was applied to is going to be exposed to direct sunlight for any period of time following application. Essential oils, especially those in the citrus family, may be photosensitive.

Is this product safe to use on sensitive skin?Although this product was intended for all skin types and is 100% natural, please remember that every body and every skin type is different. Therefore, Elevated Oils, LLC. cannot ensure that every person will have the same experience. Elevated Oils, LLC. is not liable for any possible reaction, allergic, or otherwise. Please consult with your medical practitioner before trying any new product.

What is your return policy?Return and refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email elevatedoilsonline@gmail.com to proceed. In order to maintain strict hygiene guidelines, physical returns of the product will not be accepted.

Is shipping free?Yes, standard shipping is free! However, if expedited shipping is preferred, the cost will be the responsibility of the customer. The rate will be determined at the time of purchase and based on the weight and distance the product must travel. Please note, Elevated Oils’ products are shipped from Fayetteville, Arkansas.

How long will it take for me to get my product?Every order is hand-made and packaged with care, so please allow 5 – 7 business days for processing.
